More than 25 years of experience, one enduring calling.

Foxi Private Care was founded in 2020 by Xiomy Fortunato, a dedicated caregiver with more than 25 years of experience in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and group homes.

Her calling deepened while caring for a woman with a serious medical condition who, through Xiomy's dedication and compassionate support, lived several years longer than expected. That life-changing experience inspired a company built on love, empathy, and excellence.

Today, Foxi Private Care continues that commitment through dependable, personalized service that makes a positive difference in every client's life.

01Can I customize my care plan?+

Yes. Every care plan is personalized and can be adjusted as your loved one's health, needs, or routine changes.

02Who provides the care?+

Care is provided by experienced, certified caregivers, including Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), who specialize in supporting older adults and individuals with special needs.

03Do you offer hourly or continuous care?+

We offer flexible hourly care schedules tailored to each client's individual needs and caregiver availability.

04What is the minimum shift?+

Our minimum shift is four hours per visit.

05Is a deposit required before care begins?+

A deposit is required before services begin to reserve your caregiver and secure your schedule. The amount depends on the requested care schedule. For 24-hour care, the deposit is typically equal to one week of scheduled services.

06Is the deposit refundable?+

The deposit is fully refundable if you decide our services are not the right fit, provided we receive at least 48 hours' notice and all applicable terms have been met.

07What is the cancellation policy?+

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. If proper notice is not received, the scheduled time may be deducted from the deposit because the caregiver's time was reserved specifically for you.

08Do you take long-term care insurance, and how does it work?+

Clients are responsible for paying Foxi Private Care directly while an insurance claim is being processed. Once approved, the insurer may reimburse you according to your policy terms.
